1. DELIVERY POLICY

Most orders ship within 1–3 working days.

Costs are shown at checkout.

1.3 Delivery Timeframes

If no estimate is shown, delivery will be made within 30 days as required by consumer law.

1.4 Missed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address details, redelivery charges may apply.

2. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

2.1 Change of Mind / Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resaleable condition

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

2.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described:

  • You are entitled to a full refund or replacement
  • We will cover return shipping

  • within 14 days of receiving returned goods or confirming the issue
